Kiwis Lose

The England Rugby League team have beaten New Zealand 20-14 in the third rugby league test at Wigan, to win the series 2-1.
England captain O’Loughlin scored a late try after forward Elliot Whitehead scored twice. The Kiwis also scored three tries – Nightingale, Tuivasa-Sheck and Kahuin all crossed the line for the visitors.
However, the game was won by the boot. Widdop made the difference for England with four goals. In comparison Luke was only able to convert one try.
The Kiwis never gave the game away and kept attacking until the final whistle. England held onto their lead with desperate defence.
The series win for England has been a long time coming. Their last triumph against New Zealand or Australia was when they were playing as Great Britain in 2007 – a 3-0 victory over the Kiwis.league kiwis
